Ernesto, a forgotten writer, lives isolated in his apartment, where the days repeat themselves like a distant echo. His only contact with the world is Luz, the waitress from the bar on the corner. Roberta is clutching something tiny to her chest: it is Diego, wrapped in a blue blanket. He’s only 45 days old. The water around them is rising, overturning furniture and chairs... The firefighters are speechless. 20 meters above them, a six-ton helicopter is hovering, waiting for information. Ennio grabs the radio: “Guys, we have two children... They're very small.”

Remo Venica and Irmina Kleiner, Agrarian League activists in northern Argentina in the 1970s, were forced into exile in the mountains for four years. They gave birth to their first daughter and learned to live off what the mountains had to offer. Today, having survived military persecution, they have a sustainable biodynamic farm and are committed to repopulating the countryside. Their struggle continues.
